Glen Thomas - Director

Glen was born in the small island of Grand Cayman, in the West Indies and spent his early childhood in Kenya and Liberia, Africa. Glens family moved to Wales for his primary and secondary education.
Glen graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 1995 and after working with international Architects Holder Mathias Architects, rapidly set up a design practice in London.
During his 6 years in their South Kensington Studio, Glen Thomas and partner Steven Georgiou-Currie, worked on many residential and commercial projects with clients including David Bowie, Elton John and Donna Karan.
In 2001, Glen returned to his hometown of Cardiff, setting up a Architectural practice in Pontcanna. Between 2007 and 2012, Glen worked at Chris Loyn Architects in Penarth, where he was the lead designer of 'The Outhouse', a multi-award winning sustainable house, in the Forest Of Dean. This passive house, built for 2 artists, won the RIBA House of the Year in 2016.
In 2015, Glen's practice relocated to Penylan, where the practice is now based.
Glens work has been published in Internationally, including Wallpaper and Vogue.
