GTA Ltd have recently been instructed as part of a wider Architectural team, to design 132 no. 1-3 bed contemporary, design focused apartments, plus 9 no. 4 storey town houses in a currently disused tower block in Birmingham’s City centre.

A combination of an additional 5 storeys and 3 storeys, will form the bulk of the proposals.

The original modernist structure will be celebrated, added to and enhanced in a radical and contemporary fashion.
